RETURN & REFUND POLICY
All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. No cash refunds,90-DAYS STORE CREDIT ONLY. No cancellations on special order items, no exceptions. Seller shall not be liable for late shipments. Given shipping dates are approximate and are only estimates. All special order items must be picked up within 15 days of arrival, if items are not picked-up within the 15 days period the item becomes the possession of A-1 Restaurant Supply and the customer forfeits any monies left as a payment or deposit.
** There will be a $25.00 charge for all returned checks. Past due accounts may be subject to an interest of 1 1/2% per month (annual rate of 18%). Customers will be liable for any collections costs including reasonable attorney's fees.
*** 30 Days Warranty unless otherwise stated. Warranty service rendered by A-1 Restaurant Supply to be performed on next available business day. Installation & Removal of old equipment is not included unless otherwise stated. Additional delivery charges will apply to special deliveries (i.e. door removal, stairs, etc).
Free Shipping within the United States
You are responsible for:
- Removing the shipment from the truck
- Bringing it into your location
- Noting damaged or missing items on the carrier's delivery receipt
If you do not make note of these issues in any way on the delivery receipt, we cannot guarantee any compensation for damaged or missing items. By signing your name on the delivery receipt without declaring these exceptions, you are stating that you have received your shipment in acceptable condition.
What is liftgate service?
A liftgate is a motorized platform attached to the back of the truck that will physically lower your order to the ground so that you can take it inside your business or home. The truck driver will place your order on the ground using the liftgate and you are responsible for bringing it inside.
If you do not have an elevated loading dock or forklift to unload your items from the truck, you will need a liftgate and must select this option at checkout. The "Common Carrier w/ Liftgate" option includes the fee for the liftgate but additional fees will apply if a liftgate must be added after checkout.
